Please be advised of the upcoming planned closure:

Essex Road 27 North

Closure: June 20 to August 17, 2025 (on dates weather permitting)

 

This closure is required to facilitate reconstruction of the Highway 3 and Essex Road 27 intersection as well as to complete tie-in points for South Talbot Road where it intersects Essex Road 27. 

 

Detour routes will be signed for each closure ten business days prior to the closure.

Essex Road 29

April 29, 2025 - June 17, 2025 (on dates, Weather permitting)

Essex Road 29 - south of Highway 3 to be closed. Access to Highway 3 will not be available from Essex Road 29 - south during this time. 

​

This closure is required to facilitate the reconstruction of the Highway 3 and Essex Road 29 intersection. All work will be completed while maintaining traffic in both directions on Highway 3.

Advanced notification signs and detour routes will be signed ten (10) business days prior to the closure.
