On Thursday October 15th and Saturday October 17, the intersection of Highway 3 and Essex Road 18 will be closed early morning until late afternoon for paving operations, weather permitting.  Detours routes will be posted in advance. 
 
Eastbound Highway 3 traffic will be temporarily shifted to the westbound lanes while this work takes place.    
 
Motorists may experience short, temporary delays at this intersection while work takes place. Ontario Provincial Police officers and designated project traffic control personnel will be present to assist and safely direct traffic through the area. Motorists are asked to exercise caution, follow all posted signage, and adhere to directions provided on site.
